NFR tickets -- help

hi, i'm new to the board... and, well, this is only my second post. Was wondering if any of you have suggestions for NFR tickets. I realize that the event is until Dec 1 .............. but i've always wanted to go (just never have).

Now that i live in LV ... i dont want to miss it this year.

Each time i check the unlv ticket website it mentions either

mad dash tix avail
or
no tix avail
or
upper level tix avail

Is it true that all lower level seating ISNT avail to the general public because they're given away to sponsors?

Is the upper level poor for viewing? Certain sections to avoid?

I'm not wealthy - and really dont want to pay more than $60 or $70 for a half way decent ticket. Will i be crunched (money-wise) if i use a local ticket broker?

Call Thomas Mac or the Convention center Matthew...I've
never gone to any of the events and aren't sure where they
have it....it should be pretty easy for you 'LOCAL' folk to get tics.
