Hi! Looks like we'll all be there on the 25th? How about meeting at The Bootlegger for a late dinner and music? They're advertising The versatile “RONNIE ROSE” Blues, Jazz, R&B, and Contemporary Hits!!
Show starts at 8:30 pm." They also advertise for later that night Late Night Jazz with “THE TIM PRATT QUARTET” Show starts at 10:30 pm. The Bootlegger's website is http://www.bootleggerlasvegas.com/ (http://www.bootleggerlasvegas.com). Provided my arrival in Vegas is on time and I'm not too wiped out after flying from PA, I'm game!

We're seeing The Rat Pack that evening at 8:15, so we should be able to get to Bootlegger around 10:30. Haven't been there before - looks very nice on their website - so let us know details. Sounds like fun - we'd like to get together.

How fun! A meetup would be great!:D Getting really excited about this trip!!! I don't gamble at all, but I do love entertainment...planning Mystere, Legends in Concert, Comedy Stop at the Trop, Dirk Arthur, Harry Shahoian (Elvis Tribute Artist) as part of Rock This Town at The Orleans, and possibly La Cage, Jeff Trachta, Gordie Brown, Phantom.
I went to The Bootlegger for dinner and to check out the Karaoke with Kelly Clinton in May. The food was yummy, and about half the entertainment was good. Wednesday night's entertainment might be better.
Maureen--Couldn't do it on the 24th, since I won't be there until the 25th.
10:30 Wednesday will feel like 1:30 a.m. I work 12-hour night shifts so may feel fine, but will have travelled all day. Do you want to meet at The Bootlegger for dinner around 8 or 8:30?
Hope--You could join us after the show?

Called The Bootlegger, and they have a very large party earlier. Was told 8:00 should be fine. Made the reservation under my name (Moira Stephens) for 6 (Maureen 3 + Moira 2? + 1?), and mentioned another 2 (Hope) would be joining us later. I think my friend, Jill, will probably be coming with me. If anyone else is able to join us, I can just call to change the reservation. Looking forward to meeting at The Bootlegger and returning to Vegas!:D

Moira, you've got a great list of shows to see. We've seen Mystere, Legends, La Cage, and Gordie Brown - all so good.

We're seeing Jay White (Neil Diamond), The Rat Pack, Larry G. Jones, Rita Rudner, and LOVE. We have half-price coupons for Jay White and Rat Pack, and $5 off for Larry G. Jones, so we did pretty well on the prices.

I really enjoy the research, planning, scheduling, etc. - keeps me in Vegas mode for months before our trip.

Hope--Of the shows you have planned, I've only seen Larry G. Jones (twice). He's great! If you like Neil Diamond, you might check out my friend, Phil Shane, on a future trip. I met Phil and his wife, Michlene, on my first trip to Vegas. They live there now, and he's splitting his performances between Avi in Laughlin and in the Santa Ana, CA area. Hopefully, he'll do more in Vegas in the future! They're great people, and a friend of mine says he does Neil Diamond better than Neil Diamond. LOL. Phil is originally from Tupelo, MS, and does quite a variety of music. His website is http://www.philshane.com Had the opportunity to meet Matt Lewis in May, who is performing as Elvis in Legends. We've been in touch, and I'm looking forward to Legends, mainly to see him. Totally agree with you about the planning. The anticipation itself is exciting! :)
