After our dinner, my husband said I don't want to gamble here anymore, so we went across the street to the Frontier. We hadn't played there in such a long time, we had to get new cards. We found out that my husband could play on my card. They hadn't heard about the new legislation. Also, your points are good for four years there, yes four years. We found a lot of different machine with great pay scales. We found our favorite Pay The Aces, which can't be done TITO. We stayed there longer than we expected to because we kept finding new video poker machines that we had never seen before. Then we walked to the Fashion Show Mall and caught the shuttle for Palace Station. Which is where we should have stayed in the first place. We felt so guilty about not staying there, that we spent several hours gambling just to make up for it. Plus my husband is going to Vegas in October for business. Palace Station is out of the way, but he will be staying there anyway.

The next morning my husband wanted to take his money out. But come to find out he only got $22.42 back. It looks like your penalized for not gambling either. We did get two free buffets on his card, so we decided to use them for the breakfast buffet. We were told the same thing as the night before, that everything was taken care of; just walk through the "Invited Guests" line. This time it worked. We got through with no trouble. Service was not that great though. A little old lady who sat next to us asked three times for coffee. One girl told her she didn't do coffee. Finally, after her meal was finished, she got her coffee. The same thing happened to my husband. He asked a server for some coffee, and he waited and waited, then finally saw her doing something else. We just gave up and left.

We have told several people about their point system and nobody can believe us. They say they have never heard
of such a thing.

I am still waiting to see if any additional charges show up on my credit card.

One more thing, since I didn't get a chance to pick up a comment card, I decided to call for one. My first call, the girl didn't know which department it was handled by. She found out it was the front desk, and transferred me there. I gave them all my information, and was told that a comment card would be sent. I waited almost two weeks and no card. I called again, asked for the front desk, they checked my slot card number and I was told that it was sent out on August 18th. Almost two weeks after I called. So, I waited. I called again, waiting over a week this time. I was told that the front desk doesn't handle that, and I was transferred to Housekeeping. The girl told me that they had no way of checking my information, as they had no access to my account. That just proves my point; nobody knows what they are doing.

There are good things to say about Wynn, but there are many bad things to say also. Just because something is expensive doesn't necessarily mean it's better. Maybe they just need more time to get the kinks out.
