Bedbugs

Hi All, I was hoping that alot of you saw the special (Dateline, I think)
last night on bedbugs. There was a post earlier about a person staying at
the Gold Coast and being bitten by bedbugs. Well this special pointed out
that there is a return of the bedbug in the U. S. and even the finest hotels
in New York have had problems with them along with many other hotels.
Just thought this would be of interest since we all stay at hotels in Las
Vegas. If they are in New York, why not Vegas. People carry them unknowingly in their suit cases from place to place. They were brought
here by travelers from Europe, China and other foriegn countries who have
never gotten rid of them as we had here in the U.S. ( Nothing bad against
any other countries, just a fact.) So my point here is, although none of us
would want to be bitten by a bedbug, the bites look horrid and are said to
be painful, we have to realize that it may happen. I think the Gold Coast
took alot of heat about this. If they are found, they should be reported to
the desk and hopefully they will spray for them and keep the problem under
control. I can sure sympathize with those who stayed there and got bit, I
was itchy just watching them on the T. V.
