Aladdin Hotel & Casino

I have booked a room at the Aladdin from 6/4 thru 6/8. Does anyone have an idea as to what renovations are being planned for that timeframe. It was booked thru an internet special email from the Aladdin at a fantastic rate ($49/night).

i think they were working on the casino still but for that price... i wouldn't care! great rooms and great locale!

We are leaving for Aladdin tomorrow. I called to ask about construction, was told by two different people that there is construction pretty much all over, starts very early too. She said she'd put me on a very high floor - I hope it helps because like to nap during the day and with construction going on, may be tough. I also like to sleep in - -when i told her that, she laughed, as if you'll be able to sleep in :(

I stopped in the Aladdin first part of January since i received the same offer but declined since MGM gave me a better offer,(free). but, i stopped in and the casino was a total mess, and tryed to play but the fire alarms kept going off and very loud it was very hot and stuffy never saw anyone to get a drink from after 30 minutes and I was playing tables. So glad I went to MGM, I have stayed at the Aladdin 3 times before construction and really liked it there. But it was a total mess.
