Legends At Ballys, AC ...FYI

Wanted to let you know the always enjoyable, fun show Legends in Concert
at Ballys, Atlantic City, is no more. Was calling to make reservations for a
January trip to AC and was told it was discontinued!!!!!! :( Harrahs is the boss.

We saw it many times in AC and Vegas, and look forward to seeing it on
each trip, at either venue.

Let's see if it turns up at one of the other Harrah's properties in AC. We can only hope.
Or,maybe one of the other casino owners will pick it up as their house show.

Hopefully, the same fate doesn't follow suite at the IP Legends. We too,
usually catch the show one night on each of our Vegas visits...the next one
is in May.

Saw it in May and October at the IP last year, and it was great, as usual.

We have always found it to be a show we can count on for an entertaining, fun night,
whether in Vegas or Atlantic City. (Of course the Vegas show is larger, with more dancers
and six performers instead of the five in AC) but FUN.

I don't know if it has anything to do with Legends at the I.P. closing or remaining open but I was always given 12 vouchers (good for 2 people each) to give out to my members. I was just informed that they are no longer able to supply me with the vouchers anymore. So another freebie bites the dust.

In time, you might loose your 'Host' buddy at the IP too with the
good deals he provides your members with. Lots of changes coming
up due to Harrahs...anounced today in the RJ, SCINTAS are relocating
to the Sahara. Harrahs transition period will effect a lot of things...the
dust will settle, but time will tell if there's as many freeB's floatin' around
as there used to be...

Thanks Steve for the info. Guess we'll just have to keep watching and
see what the next move is in the McHarrahs (as GregRio calls them) Saga.

Glad we got to see WWRY at Paris last October, before it "Bit the Dust".

Hope Legends isn't "Another one bites the Dust". IT WOULD BE A VERY BIG
DISAPPOINTMENT FOR US AND I'M SURE MANY OTHER FORUM MEMBERS AND
VEGAS VISITORS.
