champagne brunch

i will be in vegas 10/3-10/7 and am wondering if any casino on the strip has a champagne brunch during the week-i loved the one at golden nugget but that is only on sunday and i wont be there-

Many casinos have a Saturday and a Sunday Brunch.

Imperial Palace: Daily Champagne Brunch w/Omelet Station
