Help me choose a restaurant?

I can get restaurant.com gift certificates for each of the above.
Jazzed requires a minimum of $35 spent and two entrees purchased.
Rosemary's requires a minimum of $50 spent.

I realize these are three entirely different restaurants and they're all off the Strip, but does anybody have opinions on any of them?

Isn't Ba-Ba-Reeba in the Fashion Show Mall (on The Strip)? Believe that's where I had Sangria and tapas one day last fall. Enjoyed it very much - sat outside and people-watched.

I haven't been to the others.
