You need to buy a copy of the American Casino Guide - coupon 2 for 1 for Orleans, Rio, Gold Coast buffets. Can be bought on Amazon.com, or in a Barnes and Noble - or in bookstores in Vegas.

Don't think you will find 2fers for the major Strip buffets, in the ACG or any other place.

There are still a few casinos that have a two-for-1 buffet coupon given to you when you sign up for a Slot Card. I believe the Sahara is one of them. You can get discount coupons to a few buffet's (Stardust in Showbiz Magazine and Harrah's at the Carnival Court) but not many 2 for 1's around.

No Rio 2/1 buffet in the ACG - it is in the LVA POV. The POV also has a $10 off coupon for the Paris buffet.
