LJG-

You Rock!! Picked up four coupons for $16. I got Commander's Palace, Giorgio (where is that, anyway?) and Tremezzo. Plus, I'm going up to Anaheim for a convention in a couple of weeks and picked up a coupon for a restaurant in that area. My next trip to LV is March 24-26. Can't wait to use them. Thanks so much.

Giorgio's is located in Mandaly Place - the skybridge between MB and Luxor. We are planning on visiting on our next trip. Here is the link to their website that includes a menu:

Thanks, Westie. Just think, I was in Mandalay Place only a month ago. I guess I was too busy in The Chocolate Swan and the shoe store (I have my priorities) to have noticed it. I'll look forward to your next TR for your "rating". I may not do this one in March--possibly the trip after that.

Hi

We used a certificate at Giorgio's in December and really had a great meal. It was a extremely slow weekend for Vegas so everything was slow including this restaurant but the food was very good and the service was fine as well. With the certificates you can overboard if you choose and still obtain value for your bucks!

We have used several restaurant.com certificates over the years and have made out well with them. We found a local British pub that we went to a couple of times and also a local hang out where we picked up a huge portion of wings and pizza for nothing with the certificate. Pizza was fair but the wings were great. We had oldest daughter and her boy friend with us that trip and brought huge doggie bags back and the boy friend ate like a king (lol).

Good luck

thank you so much for posting this!

Unfortunately I don't have any Vegas plans for this year:( but I did use it to pick up some local certificates.

How did you find out about this sale? Wondering if when it expires in a few days, if there's a way to know about future sales?

I did sign up on their site for info when I registered.

Kestral - go to the restaurant.com website and register for emails. You will receive advance notice of sales which will include the particulars (code and expiration date). Also watch for postings on this board as people seem to receive different offerings. Under no circumstances should you ever purchase certificates at regular prices.

Hello

I agree with Westie - it seems to me that they offer their "sales" all the time. I would never purchase a certificate unless it was at least fifty percent off and it seems you can even wait for the sixty percent off and still be able to purchase them on a regular basis.

The certificates are good for one year from the date of purchase so anything purchased today would expired on January 30th, 2007.

Good Luck

Thanks so much for the code! We're going to Indy this weekend for President's Day (not nearly as much fun as Vegas) and will use it.

I just got three for Las Vegas, we will be there in May. What a great deal. You are only allowed one coupon per table right.?

Right. In fact, it is one per party even if seated at different tables.

Question:
If you get two $25 certificates, and the restaurant com site says $50 minimum purchase, what does that mean? Does it mean you need to have purchased $250 to use the certificate? Does the minimum mean in certificates or in REAL money?

I assume you purchased certificates at 2 different restaurants because you can only use one certificate per group/per restaurant/per month.

Based on the conditions you mention, the food portion of your bill must be $50 exclusive of drinks, tax and gratuity. The $25 value of gift certificate will then be deducted from the total bill.
