My wife and I are joining 3 other couples in LV Feb 2-7. We are all staying in different hotels, are there any SB parties on the strip that we could pay to attend? I know most strip hotels have parties by invitation, but that's not an option for our group.

Hello
Should be a great time. I would recommend contacting the Race and Sports Books at each hotel where someone in your party is staying and see what they and their associated casino is offering for February 5th. If you have to be a high roller to gain entry to those parties, I would recommend staking out seats in a nice Race Book and enjoying the game there. We are actually going to Nassau in the Bahamas to watch the game from there for a change of pace.
Good Luck and GO PATS :D

If you are near the Venetian, I would recommend that you head over there early and settle in for a nice long day of fun and football. Just look like you are betting the ponies and games and the drinks will be flowing all day.
Good Luck and looking forward to a trip report with your results ;)

Probably ESPN at NYNY would be booked, but you never know.

Every hotel will have some type of party that you can attend and most do not even charge a fee. A fee is charged if you want to watch the game in a Banquet Room or private facility. You can just go to the Sportsbook and watch the game.
GET THERE EARLY !!!!

Ok, now I'm confused. An early response indicated that hotels could not charge for parties. Then Steve, our administrator, writes that a hotel might charge a fee for access to a party in one of their banquet venues. ??

If I remember correctly, there was some sort of problem with the NFL in regard to "charging" a fee (party) for viewing the Superbowl. I don't know if that has been settled but I will write to a person that will know the answer and post it.
