There was a Casino across from the Rio that had Salsa dancing on I think Fridays. Is that still happening, and what is the casino/bar name?
Thanks

are you talking about the palms? if so, check their website for information on salsa. otherwise, check out the art, entertainment and music pages of the online edition of the las vegas review journal. www.lvrj.com they list music and dancing by types. i'm sure you'll find all the salsa you want.

I think 'bill the cat' has the one you're thinking of...
The GOLD COAST is across the street (Vally View) from the RIO.
The PALMS is across the street (Flamingo) from GOLD COAST.
...I don't know diddly about the dance thing BUT if you'd like to
'watch' some dance...check out the show "HAVANA NIGHT CLUB" over at
The STARDUST...it's HOT!
It's direct from Cuba, and takes you on a journey throuth African and
Spanish heritage to Havana's famed nightlife of the 40's and 50's.
Samba, Salsa, Mombo......very cool!
