You can't go wrong with the Prime Rib, Grilled Steak and some of the Chicken choices. The Salad and Dessert areas are so-so.
Out of all the times I have been there, I was disappointed just one time with the selections. (Macaroni and Cheese at a buffet is a no-no)
Service is very good and their is usually not a long line.

Make sure you go to the Pasta Chef, he will make a pasta dish based on your selections, this reason alone is why I have ate the Hilton Buffet the last 2 times I have been out to Vegas.
I agree the deserts aren't very impressive, but for the price, and with a 2-1 coupon, its a decent meal.

We've been pretty happy with their buffet and have done it several times. It is one of the few that includes beer and/or wine with dinner, as of our last visit in August.:)

The buffet at Hilton is great. Yes, they do have free (included) beer and wine as well.
Food is very good and lots of variety.
Price not bad either. $15.95 plus tax. We used the 2 for 1 coupon in the book Steve promoted. Great deal.
We took the Monorail there and back ($9.00 return tickets each) and it is quite bumpy. The monorail is Primm is much smoother. Price is so high we were the only ones in the car we rode in and they only have 3 or 4 cars on each monorail. Not even enough to pay the electricity bill.:)
