We'll be in LV for a week in Oct 23-30th and i'm looking for some good dinner options. Two for one or discount meals. Not hot dogs or ice cream. Good meals. . Also, where you think the loosest slots are. Pennies are my favorite -even though they're really more like dollar machines. Thanks.

Are you familiar with restaurant.com? You can purchase $25 gift certificates to a number of Las Vegas restaurants at a discount. If you use code 38066 at checkout, you can save an additional 50%. Most $25 certificates will cost you only $5. After completing the purchase, you just dowload the certficates and print.

Several restaurants on the Strip are currently sold out, but Cafe Ferrara (Forum shops) and Kahunaville (TI) are still available. If you have a car you will have many more choices including a Mira Lago and Como's @ Lake Las Vegas, Ventano and Viva Michoacan in Henderson, La Scala on East Desert Inn, and Bonjour Bistro on Eastern.

Have you tried www.billhere.com or www.vegasresources.com you will find a number of categories like coupons and entertainment books that offer 2 for 1. There is a charge for shipping and handling of coupons but I use this site every time I travel to Vegas and end up saving at least $100 for the $10 I spend. Besides meals, there are also show savings. (Mac King and The Scintas - that's a $65 savings with each of these coupons and IMHO these are two of the best shows in town). You could also go to www.vegas.com, click on dining and then cheap meals and there will be a listing of all the meal deals in vegas (not just hot dogs) as well as drink specials. Lastly, you could go to www.americancasionguide. com and click on promotions for all the current and on-going promotions in town. This site is updated each Monday. Hope this helps. ;)
