I tried the Green Valley Ranch Buffet on Thanksgiving Day. It was the same price no matter what time of day you got there (about $22). It took about an hour to get through the line. I was expecting something special, but was disappointed. I enjoyed the Chinese food section the best. Though it didn't have a large selection, what was there was good (chow mein, pot stickers, egg rolls, sesame chicken, pepper steak). But if that's all I was going to eat, I should have gone to Panda Express.

So, I ventured to eat a little bit of everything else. But I didn't think anything else was very good except for their tortellini in a creamy tomato sauce. They did offer a salmon steak at the carving section, which wasn't something I'd seen at any other buffet. There wasn't much of a selection at the dessert counter.

I guess I'll have to give it another try when it isn't Thanksgiving Day.

I was there on valentines day 2005 and the buffet was great. (and they took the 2 for 1 ACG coupon)
Hot king crab legs, huge shrimp and malts made with breyers ice cream and Real malt powder.
I almost had to crawl to the car.
Going back next week!

You are right about the hot crab legs. I forgot about that and it was something different than other buffets that only serve the cold ones. I saw that they were making ice cream cones, but I didn't see that they were making malts. I guess I have to go back to try it again.

Only went one for a brunch and really enjoyed it.

We went there in Oct but we got there for the last part of the Lunch Portion
The Food was very good and so was the deserts used my Stations card for a discount.However after desert we liked to sit around and chat but were told they were going to clean the area to set up for dinner.other than that i enjoyed their Buffet.
